GuineeMall is an automotive trading information service platform operated by Shanghai Yiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd., providing services to buyers, sellers, and dealers in Guinea and surrounding regions, including vehicle (used cars, new cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles) and auto parts information posting, search and browsing, online inquiry, messaging communication, and promotional packages.

This platform acts as an information intermediary and does not directly participate in transaction negotiations, price discussions, fund collection and payment, or vehicle delivery between buyers and sellers. All transactions are completed independently by the parties, and this platform shall not bear any guarantee liability for the final outcome of any transaction.

• You shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and promptly update it upon any changes.
• You shall properly safeguard your account credentials and password. Any losses caused by your improper safeguarding shall be borne by you. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you shall immediately notify this platform.
• You shall not transfer, lend, or sell your account to any third party.
• This platform reserves the right to investigate, restrict, or freeze accounts suspected of misuse.

When using this platforms services, you shall not engage in the following activities:

• Post content that violates laws, regulations, public order and good morals, or platform policies (including but not limited to information on illegal vehicles, stolen vehicles, or assembled vehicles).
• Post false or misleading vehicle information, or maliciously disparage or defame other users.
• Use technical means to maliciously attack the platform, interfere with its normal operation, or illegally obtain platform data.
• Distribute spam advertising, irrelevant marketing information, or engage in fraudulent activities through this platform.
• Unauthorized collection of other users contact information and other personal information for commercial purposes.

• You shall ensure that the vehicle information you post is true and valid, including but not limited to brand, model, year, mileage, price, vehicle condition description, and vehicle images.
• You shall have the lawful right to dispose of the vehicles you post, ensuring that the vehicles originate legally and have complete documentation.
• This platform reserves the right to review the content you post, and may require modifications, refuse to publish, or directly delete information that does not meet requirements.
• You shall be responsible for all consequences arising from posting false or non-compliant information, including but not limited to losses caused to other users or this platform.

• Promotional packages are one-time prepaid fees. Once purchased successfully, the package validity period is calculated from the date of order activation.
• Promotional fees are virtual service fees and are non-refundable once purchased and activated. If you encounter any issues during payment, please contact customer service promptly before completing the payment.
• If a package fails to take effect normally or service is interrupted due to reasons attributable to this platform, we will extend the service period or provide an equivalent value of service after verification.
• Payments are processed through third-party channels such as PayPal, and payment transactions are governed by the terms of service of the corresponding channels.

• This platforms website design, logo, trademarks, interface, code, and other intellectual property are owned by Shanghai Yiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, used, or disseminated without written permission.
• For original content you post on this platform (such as vehicle descriptions and actual photos), you guarantee that you have the corresponding rights and grant this platform the authorization to use, display, and disseminate it within the scope of services.

• All vehicle information, prices, reviews, and other content provided by this platform are posted by users independently. This platform makes no guarantee regarding their authenticity, accuracy, or legality.
• Any disputes, losses, or legal liabilities arising from off-platform transactions between buyers and sellers shall be borne by the parties involved, and this platform shall not bear any joint liability.
• This platform shall not bear compensation liability for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, system failures).

If you breach these Terms of Service, this platform reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures depending on the severity of the situation: warnings, restriction of feature usage, removal of vehicle information, freezing or deactivation of accounts, or pursuit of legal liability. If your breach causes losses to this platform or third parties, you shall bear corresponding compensation liability.

This platform reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time based on business development and changes in laws and regulations. The revised Terms will be published on this page. For material changes, we will notify you via in-platform announcements. The revised Terms shall take effect upon publication, and your continued use of this platforms services shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.

The formation, execution, and interpretation of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Peoples Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to a peoples court with jurisdiction in the location of Shanghai Yiyou Technology Development Co., Ltd.
